Clothing Care Guide
Everyone wants their clothes to last a long time. The only thing you have to do is follow a few simple tips:
UNDERWEAR
- · To make sure that your undergarments remain in perfect condition, always follow the specific care instructions indicated on each item's label.
- · Always try to hand wash underwear by hand.
- · If you use a washing machine, protect your delicate underwear in a cloth or mesh bag.
- · The ideal machine wash temperature is 30ºC.
- · Try to use a neutral soap or detergent.
- · Dry them in the shade, as the sun fades colours, yellows fibres and causes garments to lose their elasticity.
- · Avoid tumble drying your underwear, as extreme heat damages the fibres.
- · Never iron your underwear.
LINGERIE
- · Follow the same tips as for underwear.
- · Turn items inside out before washing.
- · Recommended ironing temperatures:
- - Cotton, linen, viscose (max. 200ºC).
- - Wool, tricot and polyester mix (max. 150ºC).
- - Silk, rayon or acrylic materials (max. 110ºC).
SWIMWEAR
- · Follow the same tips as for underwear.
- · Rinse your swimsuits and bikinis in warm water after each use.
- · Never iron swimsuits or bikinis.
Here are some of the symbols you'll find on our labels:
WASH
- The ideal machine wash temperature is 30ºC.
- Do not wash.
- Hand wash only.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Dry clean.
- Dry clean using perchloroethylene.
DRY
- Tumble dry.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Remove excess water and dry flat to prevent loss of shape.
- Dry on a hanger to prevent loss of shape.
- Hang to dry without wringing out excess water.
IRON
- Do not iron.
- Can be ironed, max. 200ºC.
- Can be ironed, max. 150ºC.
- Can be ironed, max. 110ºC.
